EVV works on smartphones and tablets that can access the eXPRS website. eXPRS has been changed to recognize when it's being used on phones and tablets. Using eXPRS on a smartphone or tablet is called the eXPRS MobileEVV. By early 2020, PSWs who are not using EVV will need an exception to continue working. The process and criteria for getting an exception to using EVV will be available in the fall of 2019. Until then, PSWs should explore what options they have to use EVV.
