Following are the changes in this release:
There will be an update to Caregiver Mobile App with this release. The current versions continue to be Caregiver Mobile App iOS & Android: Version 2.37 and Agency Mobile App iOS & Android: Version 2.6 (No update to the Agency app with this release)
The minimum operating system requirements are “Lollipop” for Android and v11.0 for Apple devices.
The character limit when adding or editing compliance notes has been increased from 200/240 characters to 8000 characters both in the caregiver portal & caregiver mobile app.
Agency users can now download Gusto compatible payroll files from the finalized payroll batch screen. On a click of the Gusto icon, Gusto compatible payroll file would be made available to the users.
The following are the mapped fields in the CSV file:
This is the last name of the caregiver.
This is the first name of the caregiver.
This denotes the last 4 digits of the caregiver’s SSN.
The title field is mapped to the Role field in the Caregiver’s profile. In the case there is more than one role selected then only one role would be displayed in the file. The role would then be selected as the first option in alphabetical order.
The value updated in the field ‘Payroll File Number’ in the HR tab of the Caregiver’s profile is updated under this column in the CSV.
The Regular hours serviced by the caregiver. (E.g. 4 Hours 30 Mins will be shown as 4.5).
The Overtime hours serviced by the caregiver.
These are the double overtime hours serviced by the caregiver.
System will allow user(s) to select a different address apart from the primary address on the schedule window allowing the Caregivers to clock-in / Clock -out on address other than primary defined in client’s profile or giving caregivers the ability to select the address at the time of Clock-in /Clock out from Caregiver app or caregiver portal.
On the Agency portal, User will have to go to Office settings – Main tab to enable the setting before the agency user(s) can go ahead and create schedules with different address or allow caregivers to select at the time of Clock-in/Clock-out.
Once the setting is enabled, user then go on the schedule window to select either of the below 3 options:
1. Primary Address
2. Clock-in/Clock-out Address
3. Allow caregivers to select Address
Based on the settings enabled for the caregiver, He/she will be able to perform the clock-in/ clock-out accordingly.
In case of Primary, the workflow will remain the same & there is no change.
In case, where the “Clock-in/Clock-out Address” is defined by the Scheduler on the agency portal, Caregiver will perform the clock-in & clock-out on the schedule on the defined address.
In case where “Allow caregivers to select Address”, enabled in the settings, caregiver will select the address at the time of clock-in & clock-out from the list of predefined address available in the list.
Please note that office setting’s radius, threshold & other settings will remain the same & shall be applicable on the clock-in / clock-out address selected by the scheduler or allowing caregivers to select the address.
Based on the settings enabled for the caregiver, He/she will be able to perform the clock-in/ clock-out accordingly.
In case of Primary address selection, the workflow will remain the same & there is no change.
In case, where the “Clock-in/Clock-out Address” is defined by the Scheduler on the agency portal, Caregiver will perform the clock-in & clock-out on the schedule on the defined address on the caregiver mobile app.
In case where “Allow caregivers to select Address”, enabled in the settings, caregiver will select the address at the time of clock-in & clock-out from the list of predefined address available in the list on the caregiver mobile app.
Caregivers will now be able to see what Code Push level they are & if there is an update available then they can manual download the same.

Users will be able to view the list of exceptions that were applied on the visit & what reason code/description is being sent over in the JSON file. This will be helpful for the users to know & compare in the Sandata portal.
