Between 2015 and 2025, the population of people over the age of 65 in Illinois will increase by one-third, from 1.9 million to 2.5 million, increasing the demand for home care. However, as demand grows, so do the challenges.

Overall, these laws will keep in-home care franchisees and agencies on their toes to ensure compliance with state regulations.
As a result of these stringent laws, home care agencies are facing new challenges that limit their ability to perform their duties effectively.
